Ingredients

    1 can green beans
    1/2 can any low fat cream of soup
    2 Tbsp. of fried onions
    salt
    pepper
    *any spice you want to use.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Drain green beans, then put in an oven safe dish. Add cream of soup and half the fried onions and the spices and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the rest of the fried onions on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how hot your oven gets. It can be a side or the main meal. The whole dish is only 210 calories, if you like more fried onions the calories are 255.
