Ingredients

Tsp. seseme oil
small red bell pepper (sliced)
small onion (sliced)
1 C sliced raw mushrooms
5 asperagus spears
1 C cabbage (shreded)
1 C chopped lgt meat chicken (pre-cooked)
3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Directions
Warm seseme oil in lg. frying pan.
Turn to med. high heat
add all vegetables
Pour teriyaki sauce over frying vegetables
when tender, add the pre-cooked chicken and cook until it is warm.
Makes 4-1/2 C servings
