Ingredients

* 1 bag Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spiral Pasta
* 3 medium sized Zucchini's
* 1 tbsp Olive Oil
* 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
* 1 bag Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
* slice zucchini then cut slices in half to make little half-moon shapes
* add 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic into 12 inch pan
* heat pan to medium
* add zucchini and sautee
* while you're sauteeing your zucchini you can boil your pasta
* boil water
* add pasta
* cook 7 minutes
* keep stirring your zucchini!
* strain your pasta but keep 1 cup of the "broth"
* wait for your zucchini to finish sauteeing then add your bag of cheese to the pasta
* pour zucchini and your cup of "broth" on top of the pasta and stir (note: you may want to heat up your cup of "broth" in the microwave first, it'll help melt the cheese better)
* now you're all done!
