Ingredients

    3 ripe avocados(3 aguacates maduros)
    1 1/2 cup diced celery(1 1/2 taza de apio picadito)
    1 romaine lettuce shredded(i lechuga romaine, desmenuzada)
    3 hard-boiled eggs, large(3 huevos garndes hervidos)
    1/4 cup almonds(1/4 taza de almendras)
    3 tbsp light virgin olive oil(3 cdas aceite de oliva extra virgen)
    1 tbsp cider vinegar(1 cda vinagre de cidra)
    Salt
    Pepper
    3 tbsp liquid cream(3 cdas crema liquida)

Directions

1) Cut the avocado and take the pulp out cutting in slices and then squares.(Corte los aguacates y saque la pulpa en rebanadas y luego en cuadros.)
2) Place lettuce as a base-around the plate not bowl.(Coloque la lechuga alrededor del bandeja- no use envase redondo profundo)
3) In top of lettuce, place the avocado, celery and almonds.(Encima de la lechuga, coloque el aguacate, el apio y y mitad de las almendras.)
4) Season with the oil, vinegar, liquid cream, salt and pepper to taste and with the remaining almonds.(Sazone con el aceite, el vinagre, la sal y pimienta a gusto y las almendras restantes.)
5) Serve 8 portions.(Sirve 8 porciones)
