Ingredients

    1 bag Fresh Express 3-Color Deli Cole Slaw
    1 bunch green onions, chopped (use tops)
    1/2 c. frozen white shoepeg corn
    1 c. Del Monte No Sugar Added Mandarin Oranges
    1/2 c. Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% juice NSA
    1 fresh lime
    1/2 c. Kraft Fat Free Salad Dressing
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 t. salt
    1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds, salt free

Directions

Drain fruit. Combine cole slaw mix, onions, oranges, pineapple in salad bowl. In separate small bowl, mix dressing: juice and zest of lime, mayo, vinegar, salt. Toss into slaw mix. Top with almonds and chill. May substitute apple for fruit.
