Introduction

I came up with this recipe to help use up ham after a holiday. Can be divided & frozen to be used for a future dinner(s). As there is only my Husband & I at home, I divide this into several meals & freeze the extra for future use. I came up with this recipe to help use up ham after a holiday. Ingredients

    1-16 oz box of whole wheat pasta
    1 jar of Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
    1 bag of frozen dark green veggies
    1 stick of butter
    16 oz of left over ham, cubed

Directions

slightly under cook the pasta. At the end of the cooking time, add frozen veggie & cubed ham to heat through. Drain water & return mixture to pan. Add stick of butter & jar of sauce to pan & heat through.

Can be served at this point or put in a oven proof dish and baked in the oven. Can be frozen in the oven proof dish to be used at a future date

    I made several alterations...using fresh steamed carrots, cauliflower and celery, and no butter. topped with cheese.
