Introduction

This pasta i just thought of when i found that most of my veggies were out and i didn't go yet to buy my grossary! ;)

Ingredients

    1/2 cup spinash, frozen
    2 tbsp Basil, Fresh and chopped
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1 Clove Garlic, mensed
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup of water
    1/2 cup tomamto paste
    2 Spring onions, chopped
    1 tbsp Balsamic veniger (for flavor if you like)

Directions

cook the pasta and drain in from water,

heat the oil and cook the all vegetables together, add salt and pepper..

add the tomato paste and 1 cup of water and cook the sauce for 10 minutes

mix the pasta with the sauce and serve
