Ingredients

    2 oz. kalamata olives, pitted
    2 oz. black olives, pitted
    2 oz. mayonnaise
    1 oz. grated parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    2 cloves roasted garlic
    5 basil leaves

Directions

In food processor, add all ingredients and blend until well mixed but still slightly chunky. Should have a butter-like consistency. Wonderful spread on fresh Italian bread. Store in refrigerator. Makes 6 servings.
