Ingredients

Red and black beans, green and red peppers, medium red onion, a stalk of celery, a stalk of carrot, one jalepano pepper, ground cumin, ground oregano, stewed or diced tomatoes, garlic, bbq sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper ground, and I add a capful of liquid smoke (be sure not to add more than a cap full!)

Directions

Chop all veggies. Add all but garlic to a skillet with oil to tender-up. When veggies are tender add in garlic, cumin, and oregano for about another minute or two.

Combine cooked veggies with rest of ingredients in a slow cooker. Add water to your liking (how soupy you like your chili).

Cook 6-8 hrs. Makes about 5-6 servings.
