Introduction

Cool and refreshing as a side dish or dessert at a summer gathering. Cool and refreshing as a side dish or dessert at a summer gathering.

Ingredients

    2 cups reduced fat sour cream
    4 cups miniature marshmallows
    1 cup seedless grapes, halved
    1 cup Mandarin oranges, drained and halved
    2 cups pineapple tidbits, drained

Directions

1. Mix sour cream and marshmallows in a large bowl; refrigerate ,covered, for at least two hours.
2. Remove from refrigerator, and stir in grapes, Mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits. Return to refrigerator until serving.
Makes 10 servings.
