Introduction

A great way to get your veggies, good oils, and cool off this summer. A great way to get your veggies, good oils, and cool off this summer.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Green onions, 1 cup, diced
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices
    Broccoli top, 1 cup, chopped
    Wacky Mac, 12 oz
    Newman's Own Parmesan & Roasted Garlic Dressing, 3/4 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup

Directions

Chop vegetables and set aside.

Boil Wacky Mac (or any fun-shaped and colored pasta according to directions. Drain. Put in bowl.

Pour dressing over pasta. Cover bowl. Set in refrigerator until cool (about 3 hours or overnight).

Once cooled, mix with chopped vegetables and kidney beans. Serve cold.

Makes 16 1/2-cup servings.
