Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can Onion Soup
    1.5 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Dash pepper
    1 Tbs. lour
    1/4 cup catsup
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions

In bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 6 servings

    This is delicious! I've had it over egg noodles and mashed potatoes. Both were great, but I thought it was sublime over the egg noodles. - 11/17/15
