Introduction

A super low fat high fiber high protien salad, quick to make and easy to store.
Try leaving it in the fridge with the salad dressing on it and nibble on it all day long, taste just as good when a little soggy.

Ingredients

    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 english cucumber
    4-5 stalks celery
    4-5 tbl spoon light caesar dressing
    1 can water packed tuna

Directions

Cut everything and put into bowl with lid add tuna and add dressing and than *shake* do a little dance and eat!
Everything is to taste so add a little more add a little less.
I make this and say 4 servings but I just leave in the fridge and eat it as the day goes and I get hungry. :D enjoy
