Introduction

This is my favorite pancake. Substituting egg beaters and skim milk help to reduce calorie content a little. The chocolate chips are sprinkled onto the top of each pancake once it is poured, so 8 tbsp is an approximation. This is my favorite pancake. Ingredients

    2 cups Bisquick
    2 large eggs
    1 cup Milk, 2%
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp vanilla
    Chocolate chips to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients but chocolate chips together. The lemon juice will activate the baking powder to make the pancakes light & fluffy.

Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup for each pancake--this will make roughly 3 inch diameter pancakes. You can make them larger or smaller, depending on your preference. Quickly sprinkle the number of chips you want on each pancake--8 to 12 should be enough, spread them around the pancake. Cook as normal pancakes.

If you want to use mini chips, then those can be added to the batter, but you'll need to stir it up each time you pour a new pancake because the chips tend to sink to the bottom of the batter.
