Ingredients

    1 Box Orzo pasta
    1 Large Cucumber
    1 Container Cherry Tomatoes
    1 Small Package Sugar Snap Peas
    4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Golden Rasins
    1 Package Feta Cheese (3.5 oz)
    3 Chopped Green Onions
    8 -10 Fresh Mint Leaves -chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook orzo pasta according to package directions. Chop cucumber, peas, tomatoes, onions and mint while pasta is cooking. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl. Cover and chill (best if chilled over night). Enjoy!
