Brown Rice Dish - Real good with pork chops and baked chicken. Brown Rice Dish - Real good with pork chops and baked chicken.

Ingredients

    2 cups white rice - uncooked
    1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
    1 can Campbell's Beef Consomme Soup
    1/2 stick of margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine and add to rest of ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes. Serves 10. Real good as left over too!
