Ingredients

    1.5 lbs lean ground beef
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 cup appx crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
    4 tablespoons ketchup

Directions

Bake at 350 for one hour or until juices are clear and top is nicely browned.
