Ingredients

1 Tbsp light margarine
2 medium stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced scallions(green onions)
1 lb fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 10.75 oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom*
1/2 cup water
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of paprika
* Cream of chicken or cream of celery may also be used.
Directions
Heat margarine in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions and cook until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes or until done.
Add soup, water and cayenne pepper and heat through. Sprinkle with paprika.
