Introduction

I don't like the way Jell-O jiggles and it's much too sweet. Adding yogurt cuts the sweetness and makes it more stable. You can use a full cup of yogurt instead of yogurt plus sour cream and if you don't mind the sweetness, you can use lime yogurt instead of plain. Ingredients

    1 package sugar free lime gelatin
    1 6 oz container plain fat-free or lowfat yogurt
    4 tbs fat free sour cream

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Whisk in yogurt and sour cream. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill until set.
