Introduction

This can be made with any kind of short noodles. I use gluten-free penne or mini shells as my hubby is Celiac. We love and it is great to take to any party. No one can tell the difference. Ingredients

    3 2/3 cups gluten free pasta
    3 cans flaked white Tuna in water (120 gms each)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 1/4 cup chopped peppers (all colors)
    1/2 cup chopped broccoli
    1/4 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise
    1/8 cup Kraft Calorie Wise Peppercorn Ranch Dressing


Directions

Makes about 12 portions of 1/2 cup each. Pasta should be cooked until tender. Rinse with cold water, Add drained tuna, veggies, a calorie-wise or light Mayonnaise, and calorie-wise peppercorn ranch dressing. Add pepper to taste. Serve warm or cold.

    Very Good
    I added some tomato (grape tomatoes sliced in half diagonally), some carrot, and celery slices for crunch. Great recipe! - 2/26/11
