Introduction

I threw this salad together for a barbecue and it was a hit! The measurements aren't exact since I didn't measure when I made it. I just guessed on the ratios. Use any type of mustard you like. I just used yellow because it was what I had. It might also take good if you add corn or orange peppers to it. I threw this salad together for a barbecue and it was a hit! Ingredients

    1 cup Lean Ham
    1 cup White Beans
    2.5 cups Cole Slaw Mix (Cabbage and Carrots)
    Mustard to taste

Directions

Just throw all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve immediately. For softer cabbage, let soak for a few hours before serving.
