Ingredients

1.5 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 cans green chile verde salsa (32 oz total)
3/4 cup milk
8 oz low fat shredded cheddar cheese
5 garlic cloves, diced
12 corn tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix salsa and milk. Add 1/2 cup of this mixture to the shredded chicken and garlic.
Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel on a plate and microwave for 1 minute. Dip one tortilla in the salsa and add in 1/3 cup chicken. Roll and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
Cover with the rest of the salsa mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
