    peppercinis (not banana)
    Mixed Greens
    2 slices of tomatoe
    Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Layer all the ingredients onto the sandwich. Great toasted.

Also great on Rye bread.

    Not wild about the taste of goat cheese, but over all good tasting sandwich when toasted open faced. Great for weekday when time for a meal is short. - 7/21/09
