Ingredients

    3 medium Cucumbers sliced in half lengthwise and seed removed. then slice into 1/4 slices
    1 pint cherry tomatoes
    1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1 cup low-fat sour cream
    Lemon juice from 1 lemon
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Mix all ingredients together and chill.

    makes 8 1 cup servings
