Ingredients

    1 Pork Tenderloin, about 700 grams
    Juice and zest from 1 lime
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    Ginger Root, 1 1/2 inch piece, peeled and grated
    1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes

Directions

Put all the ingredients, including the pork tenderloin, into a small, sealable plastic bag and marinate at room temperature, in a cool place, for 2 hours, or as long as 12 hours refrigerated.
Grill, turning to cook on all four sides, for about 20 minutes, until cooked through but not dried out. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
