Ingredients

    Peanut Sauce
    3 tbs Peanut butter
    2 tbs rice wine vinegar
    2 tbs brown sugar
    1/2 cup water
    Chinese rooster sauce to taste
    Mix and hold in reserve
    Vegetable stir fry
    1 stalk broccoli cut in to flowettes. Peal the stalk and slice it in to coins
    1 cup carrots sliced into coins
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup snow peas
    3 cloves garlic chopped.
    1 Tbs olive oil
    1/2 package whole wheat spaghetti
    Saute carrots with o

Directions

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Mix peanut sauce. Saute carrots and broccoli stalk 2 minutes add onion saute until turns lightly brown add remaining vegetables and garlic saute until crisp tender. Add pasta and peanut sauce. Stir in some pasta water if you need it to thin down the mix
You can add tofu if you want some protein in the mix or serve it with some grilled chicken like I did.

    this was fantastic i added some tamarin and it was really great. rooster sauce is actually a spicy chili garlic paste that comes in a bottle with a rooster on the front. you can usually find it in the ethnic section at major supermarkets or at all asian stores it really kicks up the heat and flavor - 4/6/10

    Very Good
    My boyfriend made this for dinner tonight (because I don't really cook very well) and it was great!! My only complaint was just personal taste, too much onion for me. Other than that, great recipe! - 8/23/09

    Incredible!
    I loved this recipe. I did not use the rooster sauce because I could not find it and I added water chestnuts. Double yumm! It was fabulous. I will definetly make it again. - 8/23/09
