Introduction

This is a great recipe for anything with blueberries, cheese cake, pancakes, ice cream...anything!!! This is a great recipe for anything with blueberries, cheese cake, pancakes, ice cream...anything!!!

Ingredients

    3 cups blueberries, either fresh or frozen
    1 cup light lemonade
    1 cup Splenda
    1 tsp almond extract
    1 tsp cinnamon extract or ground cinnamon
    2 Tbs corn starch
    1/2 tsp lemon peel, either fresh or freeze dried

Directions

place lemonade, and splenda in saucepan, bring to a boil. Add corn starch and stir until blended, allow to cook for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients stir until it comes back to slow boil. Turn off heat and allow to cool. Refridgerate for at least 3-4 hours, best if it sits over night.
