I love this recipe. It's easy, tasty, healthy and filling. I usually make it in advance, and just warm up a serving in the microwave in the morning. I recommend topping it off with some fresh fruit. - 5/28/12

this is fabulous! I am making it for the second time this morning. I tried putting a lid on it this time as I thought parts of it were a bit "crunchy" last time. thanks! - 8/23/09

    Incredible!
Loved it And could not be any easier to make. I made one change. I replaced skim milk with almond milk (unsweetened) to make it dairy free. - 4/6/14

    Incredible!
This was very good! I left out the cranberries and replaced with half cup of fresh blueberries. Also, I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. I covered it while it was baking. Was very moist. This is the first baked oatmeal that my husband actually commented on how good it was! - 2/5/11
