    1 Pkg lean ground turkey.
    celery
    carrots
    onion
    garlic
    mushrooms
    hot green pepper
    chopped kale
    red kidney beans
    chopped canned tomatoes
    chicken broth (fat free/low sodium)
    any spices you like


Directions

Brown the turkey.
