Ingredients

    2.5 cups cous cous, cooked
    2 cups diced tomato
    .5 cup minced onion
    .5 cup diced cucumber
    .75 cup chopped fresh parsley
    .25 cup fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp olive oil
    .75 tsp minced garlic
    .5 tsp ground cumin
    .5 tsp ground corriander seed
    .75 tsp sea salt
    .5 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Combine everything and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
