hi - i googled this recipe as most recipes are somewhere on the Internet. It looks like this low fat version was adapted from a recipe on the food network website. The instructions there may help.

I 2nd the rewrite. Not only "remove what," but what is 1.50 fluid ozs of egg substitute. Is it 1-1/2 cups? I love cream cheese and really would like to try these. - 1/10/13
