Ingredients

    12 oz Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, chopped
    1 Package Bolthouse Premium Petite Carrots
    1 8 oz Package Sliced Mushrooms
    1 Cup Chopped Onions
    2 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
    1/4 cup White Flour
    1 Cup Half and Half
    1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Steam carrots according to directions on the package in the microwave. Saute cut up chicken breasts in 1 TBSP olive oil until cooked thru. Season with pepper. Transfer chicken to another dish until later. In the same pan, melt the 2.5 TBSP of butter and saute the onions and the mushrooms until done. Stir in the flour, whipping cream, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked carrots and chicken and simmer about 3-5 minutes. Pour into pie dish or casserole dish and place pie crust on top. Vent top of pie crust and bake 15-20 minutes on 450 degrees until lightly browned on top.This makes 6 servings.
