Ingredients

2 slices thin sandwich white bread (slightly frozen)
    1 large egg
    1/2 tbsp skim milk
    1/4 tsp almond extract
15 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Spray
    1/2 tbsp honey
    1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium, medium-high heat.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and almond extract. Remove the bread from the freezer.

Spray 5 sprays of ICBINB onto surface of skillet. Dip the bread in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides.

Place the coated bread in the skillet to cook. Pour any excess egg mixture over bread, once in skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side (or until desired brownness is achieved.)

Remove from heat and place on plate. Spray toast with 5 sprays of ICBINB. Drizzle honey over toast. Sprinkle walnuts over honey. Enjoy!

Serves 1.

NOTE: Slightly freezing your bread before dipping in the egg mixture is not necessary, but makes the toast fluffier once cooked. I don't really know why...but my MIL did it that way, and it really works :)
