Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, lean 1 lb raw
    Beans, red kidney dry, 1 cup
    Beans, black dry, 1 cup
    Beans, Salvadoranian red dry, 1 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, large can of Hunt's diced tomatoes
    Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, minced, 1 clove
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Regular Beer, 12 fl oz

Directions

Prepare dried beans by boiling in water and soaking for 1 hour.

Brown ground turkey with Onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Combine cooked turkey, beans, corn and tomatoes. Cook over slow heat for 4+ hours.
