Ingredients

Mash bananas and add flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and egg
Mix well. Pour into loaf pan.
**FLOUR 2 cups or 1 and 1/2( calories counted for 2)
* Butter, salted, 4 tbsp ( smart Balance Light)
* baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
* Baking Soda, 1 tsp
* Egg, fresh, 1 large
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
* Granulated Sugar, 1/2cup
*BROWN SUGAR 1/2 CUP( packed)
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
TIPS:
covered the top with foil for the last 15 minutes which slightly steamed the loaf and made it deliciously moist!!
you can add frosting and, or walnuts if you please.
1.(YOU CAN ADD 3/4 cup of sugar(combine) instead of a full cup. TO CUT DOWN)packed brown sugar and white.
2.(THREE BANANAS IF THEY ARE RIPE. )

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 5x9 inch loaf pan
2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
Makes 16 servings.
I make two loafs then cut in to ten pieces, each loaf.
