Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large
    *Bean sprouts, 1.5 cup
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    *Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 6 tbsp (
    Beef, tip round, .5 lb

Directions

Slice onion in vertical sections, and cut celery on the diagonal. If you don't want strips of carrots use diagonal slices. Once all the chopping is completed, saute onion, carrots, broccoli, celery and then add bean sprouts and sliced mushrooms. At the very end add the stir fry sauce and the strips of roast beef.
I go light on the roast beef to keep it lower calorie. I serve it plain without crunchy noodles or rice but you could use either one depending on what your family likes.
