Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    1/2 cup of egg beaters
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Italian seasoning, 1 tsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Goat Cheese, Soft, 3.5 oz.

Directions

Mix the ground beef, eggbeaters and a dash of the Italian seasonings. Press out the meat mixture and evenly spread In a rectangular cake pan (not sure of the deminsions, but the standard size). Bake the meat mixture for 5-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Until it is fully cooked. This will be the bottom of your pizza. While this is cooking, mix the tomato sauce with the seasonings and olive oil. Chop the mushrooms and spinach. When the meat is out and has cooled slightly, evenly distribute the mushrooms and spinach. Then, follow up with the goat cheese. return to oven and bake until the spinach has wilted, the mushrooms are darker and the cheese has melted. This was pretty good, We are going to keep the recipe and maybe try different vegetable toppings.
