1/2 cup calcium fortified OJ
1/2 non-fat plain or flavored yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1-1/2 tb smooth peanut butter
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired thickness. Makes roughly 16 oz. add water if too thick.
