Ingredients

1 Box Trader Joe's Chicken-less Strips
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Stalk Celery Chopped in 1/4" Pieces
1 Medium Carrot, Chopped in 1/4 ' Pieces
1/2 Onion,Finely Chopped
4 Tbsp Vegannaise
3/4 tsp Dijon or Stone-ground Mustard
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice or Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet on Medium heat and add Chicken-less strips.
Saute until lightly browned about 3-4 minutes, then let cool.
Chop chicken-less strips into 1/4"-1/2" pieces and place into a mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.
It makes 4 healthy servings
