Ingredients

    2 lbs. Beef short Ribs
    1 Cup canned tomatoes. mashed
    1/2 med. onion. chopped
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp Lee & Perrins
    1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions

Place ribs on a rack on cook for 90 minutes at 350 degress.
Remove any visible fat still on the meat and put in clean casserole dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cook another 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. until tender.

Makes 4 servings.
