Introduction

Had it at a party and loved it! Found a recipe on Recipezaar and have "healthified" it. I have used mostly fat free products, but if you don't like that, using reduced fat shouldn't hurt it too much! Ingredients

    8 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream
    8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 can corn (drained)
    1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
    1 can rotel (drained)
    1 packet of hidden valley ranch mix
    1 cup shredded cheese (I used Kraft 2%)

Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Stick in the fridge to let it chill a little.

Serve!

Calculated for 6 servings. Would be good with baked tostitos (not included).
