Ingredients

1-3/4 lb ground beef (90% lean)
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups onion, diced
    2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups prepared mashed potatoes (leftovers work great)
1 can Campbell's condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 can Campbell's condensed French Onion Soup
4 oz Velveeta cheese, diced in large chunks
4 tsp beef base (or 4 bouillon cubes)
    1 tbsp garlic, minced
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1-3 tsp basil (to taste)
1-3 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
    4 cups water

Directions

1 - Place beef, salt, and onions into skillet. Brown beef thoroughly. Pour into a colander in the sink and shake until no more oil drips out. Keep the beef in the colander for now.

2 - Place all ingredients in a soup pot or crockpot and heat until warm.

(Tip: If you don't have the leftover mashed potatoes, you could always read the dehydrated potato box directions and place the ingredients for 4 servings directly in the pot without preparing it separately first.)
