Introduction

There is nothing like pancakes for breakfast. These home made pancakes are awesome and are good for you too. No extra fat because a pear is the substitute for oil that is normally used in pancakes. Ingredients

    3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Pear
    7 tsp Baking powder
    6 tsp Splenda
    2.5 Cups Skim milk
    2 Large eggs
    2 tbsp salt
    1.5 cups water

Directions

1. Peal pear and place in food processor. Process pear until chopped in to very small pieces.
2. Place all ingredients into a large bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients by hand until flour is moist.
4. Once flour is moist mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

This batter makes about 34 1/4 cup servings. It is also very thick. I often use water to bring the batter to the desired consistancy. My husband and I like them thin.
