Ingredients
-
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef, extra lean,
8 slices Kraft Free American Cheese Singles,
3 TBSP Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce,
1/2 tsp Garlic powder,
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground
1 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Makes 8- 2 oz burgers
1. Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
2. Divide burger into 8 patties (I use my food scale to make sure I have 2oz). Place patties on heated grill (George Foreman) or on a 300 degree griddle. Cook for 5 minutes on each side (I like mine dark so you gauge how well done you like your burgers)
3. Place cheese on burgers 1 minute before removing off the grill.
***I use Arnold's Select Thins for buns they are 100 calories and I believe 5 gm of fiber. I know they are 1 Weight watcher point). I like to top my cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and ketchup. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
