Ingredients

La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla (8), Iceberg Lettuce (4 cup, shredded), Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean (16 oz),
Red Ripe Tomatoes, (2 cup, chopped), Onions, raw (2 cup chopped), Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing (16 tbsp)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Using aluminum foil, roll into eight large balls and position onto 2 baking pans. Lay one tortilla over each ball and spray lightly with cooking spray.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until shells are crisp. Tortilla will have draped and formed into a bowl.
4. Remove and allow bowls to cool for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add desired amount of the other ingredients and enjoy.
