Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/3 c. Flour
    1 1/3 c. Cornmeal
    2 Tbl Sugar
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 Tbl Italian Seasoning
    1/2 c. Grated Parmasan Cheese

    1/2 c. Egg White
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 can Cream Style Corn
    3/4 c. 1% milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Combine without over mixing.

Spray or line muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins
