Introduction
As much fun to make as it is to eat, and so rich you won't realize that you are saving any calories. Using a small frying pan lets you cut the butter to a mere teaspoon and you still get that wonderful carmalization that makes fried bananas so good. Ingredients

1 Banana, just barely ripe
1/2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Butter
1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churn No Sugar Added Ice Cream
Directions
Heat a small frying pan to medium-low. Peal and slice the banana once along the length and once across the middle, making 4 even pieces. Mix the Splenda and Cinnamon.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Sprinkle 1/3rd of the splenda mixture on the flat sides of the banana pieces and place that side down onto the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly browned. Sprinkle the next 1/3rd of the mixture on the banana pieces and flip them over. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Plate and cover with ice cream. Sprinkle the last 1/3rd of the Splenda mixture on top and serve.
