Introduction

Similar to Nature's Path Granola, but I think my changes make it taste even better. Fat, sugar, and Protein grams are close but mine beats the box cereal in vitamins, nutrients, and taste! Ingredients

    6 c. oatmeal
    4 C. Rice Krispies
    ! C. raw pumpkin seeds
    1 C. flax seeds
    3/4 C. sugar
    3/4 C. brown sugar
    1/3 C. oil
    zest from one orange
    1/4 C. orange juice
    3 t. vanilla
    2 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. salt
    2 C. raisins

Directions

Mix first four ingredients in large bowl. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and then pour over grains. Stir well. Divide between two cookie sheets. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir every ten minutes and rotate between oven racks.

Add raisins and other dried fruit when cooling.
