Ingredients

    3 c boiled (Uncle Ben's) white rice
    1/4 c butter melted
    4 beaten eggs
    1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese (craker barrel)
    1 c. whole milk
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach - cooked & squished
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp each: rosemary, thyme, marjoram

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix well (everything but rice)
Fold in rice
Place in tall 2 qt. baking dish
Bake in pan of water 30-45+ minutes until center firm (knife comes out clean)
Serves 8
