Ingredients

    12 oz. Can Fat-Free Evaporated Milk
    2 Cups Water
    2 Scoops (31g) Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Powder (vanilla)
    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
    1/4 Teaspoon Stevia Extract
    1 Cup Steel Cut Oats (uncooked)

Directions

Add all ingredients to 1-1/2 quart casserole that will fit into your crockpot easily and mix well. Place into "water bath" in crockpot and cover. Cook on low setting for 6 hours. Wake up to a delicious breakfast. Makes 4 servings.
